If you already use CodeRabbit and can sign in to the app, the in-app support widget is the fastest way to get help. Open the widget from the Support icon in the top navigation, next to your profile picture. From there, you can:
  • Start a chat for help from AI agents and human agents
  • Submit a support ticket directly
  • Submit a feature request
  • Access helpful links to the knowledge base, documentation, status page, and changelog

When reaching out through any channel, include:
  • A clear description of your issue
  • Your GitHub or GitLab organization name, if relevant
  • Any relevant screenshots or logs
Communication should be professional and respectful across all support channels, including Discord, in-app chat, and support tickets. CodeRabbit reserves the right to suspend support access for any abusive or disrespectful communication.
